Software Support Services:
ABS backs all of its products with the best in software support services. Support requests are logged, tracked
and resolved the same day in most cases.
Remote Desktop connection software allows ABS support staff to connect
and share a user’s desktop for quick problem identification and resolution.
Software Maintenance Services:
ABS customers receive regular product updates for all of our software products.
Data Conversion Services:
ABS will convert you current software data to PtMS products data format. This can include data in access,
excel, SQL, dBase, text or other 3rd party database formats. ABS has provided many of its
customers “bridge conversion” systems to transfer data from county, state, or
some other software system directly into a PtMS client, schedule, or destination
table on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Training and Implementation Services: ABS provides onsite training and implementation services for all
of its products. Training is backed
up by its PtMS Video Training series products from TSA. Training videos allow users who have
received onsite training to review training topics in-depth as needed. Training services can also be
provided in an on-line webinar format on an as-needed basis. This approach provides effective
training at affordable prices.
Web Hosting:
The ABS PtMS Web transportation brokerage and coordination system is a web based
software solution. ABS provides web
hosting services on dedicated servers employing state of the art security and
performance in a HIPAA compliant data security environment.
Custom Software Solutions:
ABS provides customized software solutions for special reporting, tracking,
scheduling or billing needs. These
include custom state reporting modules, Medicaid electronic billing, Medicaid
Client Eligibility Verification, Medicaid Prior Approval Management systems, and
others.
Custom Training Videos:
Custom training videos are available through Transportation Services Associates
(TSA) an ABS strategic partner.
