Vehicle Schedule Performance Report

The Vehicle Schedule Performance Report is designed to assist the schedule with evaluating the efficiency and quality of the schedule produced each day. This report is located on the Interactive Scheduler reports menu. Mutliptle sort options are available.

Vehicle Service Summary Report

Vehicle Service Summary Processing and Edit Screen

The Vehicle Service Summary is a PtMS reporting module located on the PtMS Menu\Applications\Billing menu that utilizes trip transaction records and combines them into summary records for each vehicle for each service date. Users must run a simple 2 click process to create a Vehicle Service Summary record for each service date. This allows them to review the results and confirm that there are no data anomolies or errors (such as incorrect odometer entried that can create spurious results).

Users can double click on a vehicle record for a trip date and review all trip records for that trip date in a trip verification browse. Users can also reconcile odometer readings in a vehicle stop browse as well.

Monthly Report Statistics

Monthly trip statistics reports are available with summaries by Agency, City, Vehicle, Client, etc in the PtMS Report Explorer\Management Reports folder.
