The system can use a voice modem on a PC or a voice-over-internet solutions such as Skype to make calls. Results are recorded in a report for quick review.
Subsets of clients (for example, only demand trips) can be selected for follow-up calls. The reminder system can distinguish between an actual call and an answering or voice mail system.
Client records can be set in PtMS to be skipped for all phone follow-up if the client requests to be excluded from reminders.
