How long do customers have to wait for support calls to be answered?


Most calls to ABS Technical Support staff are answered directly as they come in by the support technician. This is due to the extremely low volume of support calls from our users. PtMS users generally do not experience problems with PtMS. Most calls are generally from new users that learning the software and these generally minimal after 1-2 weeks of live operation.

ABS contractually guarantees less than 4 hours response time for technical support calls. However, our over 20 years of customer service experience has shown that more than 2/3 of the calls are answered as they come in and 95% of the calls are answered withing 30 minutes or less.
