ABS Remote Desktop immediately connects you to an ABS support technician who can assist you with software operation questions. Since we see what you see and share control of the mouse and keyboard, it's as if we're right there in your office with you. When the problem is solved, close the program and the connection closes. We only have access when you run the program.
