Paratransit Management and Scheduling (PtMS)

PtMS is designed to assist providers of specialized transportation services with the tools necessary to manage the every day tasks of scheduling trips, tracking clients and preparing billing and reports. PtMS does just that with demand response and standing order/subscription scheduling, an interactive/computer assisted scheduler, daily manifest preparation, payment invoicing and detailed reports which include special state agency reporting.

PtMS also can automatically produce claims files for upload to Medicaid claims processing agencies. If your state currently does not accept electronic invoicing for Medicaid transportation services, we can also print invoices (generally HCFA 1500).

Fully Automated Batch Scheduler (FAS XL)

FAS is a batch scheduler capable of scheduling up to 5000 trips and 500 vehicles. It can produce a typical schedule of 1000 trips and 30 vehicles in under one (1) minutes .

Interactive Scheduler (PtMS IS)

The Interactive Scheduler for PtMS provides a Windows based environment for performing trip editing, automated assignment of trips to vehicles, and printing manifests for drivers.

GO Mapping System for PtMS (GO XL)

GO for PtMS is designed to provide a graphical mapping interface with PtMS and FAS XL . It allows the user to geocode, schedule, and route trips then display them on the map. Fixed routes can be integrated with mapping functions.

PtMS on the Web

PtMS on the Web is a web based add-on module for PtMS. PtMS on the Web connects your PtMS local area network system to providers and agencies using the Internet. It is extends order taking, trip scheduling and dispatching functions, as well as trip verfication and some billing functions by moving them to a secured web site. School Transportation Management (STM)

STM is designed to provide transportation managers and providers of disabled school children with a data base system to handle tracking, reporting and scheduling functions. It utilizes the Streets On A Disk graphical mapping and geocoding systems to handle mapping functions.

PtMS Training Video Series

The PtMS video training series by Transportation Services Associates, Inc. is now available. The series of 62 videos on 5 disks cover PtMS, FAS XL, GO, GO XL, and Training Scenarios. All disks are entirely self-starting and require no installation. For video demos, a sample video, and a complete list of all videos, please go to the TSA web site.
