Automated Business Solutions is a Pennsylvania corporation founded in 1984 and has over 200 installations of PtMS nation wide. PtMS users include medical and paratransit transportation providers, coordinators, and brokers providing Medicaid, human services, private and other contract transportation services to over 30,000 clients daily.

Besides automated scheduling, routing, mapping and reporting operations, ABS has interfaced PtMS to state and county client eligibility systems, provided electronic Medicaid billing modules for PtMS in over 15 states, and implemented numerous state mandated reporting systems for transportation providers, coordinators and brokers.
